The reliance on self-delivery allows us to respond quickly to changing workload demands and maintain the level of service for which we are known.

In which sectors do you principally operate?

Our business approach embraces diversification, allowing us to undertake everything from high specification commercial fit-outs to sensitive plant upgrades within historic, listed properties.

How does Sykes approach its design responsibility?

Sykes offer in-house design capability, which allows us to sign of design work internally. We are additionally closely aligned to a number of key consultants to allow us to deal with any specialist design requirements.

Sustainability issues form an intrinsic element of the design, and all of our installation methodologies consider efficiency and ensure we minimise our impact on the environment wherever possible.

Does Sykes only offer a turnkey solution?

No, we offer a fully flexible approach, allowing the client to determine the appropriate disciplines required. We will co-ordinate with a clients proposed contractor where preferred, and tailor our service to the requirements of the contract.

Are you capable of working within occupied premises?

Sykes work is predominantly carried out within and adjacent to occupied and operational premises. Our management, engineers and workforce are all well versed in the specific processes and procedures required to do so, whilst minimising disruption to the client. Sykes employees are polite, courteous, well presented, professional and sympathetic to occupants needs.
