Sykes began working with ENI in 1994, whilst they were operating under their former name of AGIP Oil. A maintenance contract has been in place since 1999.

Today, Sykes deliver a fully managed Facilities Management service to ENI UK Limited’s London estate comprising their headquarters at Ebury Bridge Road, as well as three other satellite offices in central London and two residences. The service covers both building fabric and mechanical and electrical services maintenance. M&E Work includes air conditioning, lifts, fire alarms, security, door entry systems, data and electrical. A site dedicated team is in place at their HQ. The contract also incorporates 24/7 call out facility, managed by our Help Desk and mobile teams.

ENI are an Italian Oil company and the 5th largest Oil Company in the world. The particular challenges of this contract include ensuring that there are the appropriate levels of resilience to support the day to day operation of the company within demanding, live premises. It is critical that services are maintained around the clock given the nature of ENIs operations globally.

Sykes works with ENI demonstrates the full extent of our operations with the basis of the partnership stemming from maintenance but with project support from the Building and M&E teams for on-going improvements to ENIs portfolio of premises.

Sykes have delivered several fast-track projects for ENI to redevelop the ENI estate. Projects have included a £1m Design and Build Fit-out of a high-spec trading floor with associated offices and meeting rooms at 123 Buckingham Palace Road. Sykes have subsequently carried out a number of smaller projects out of hours to accommodate ENIs changing needs for the space.
